DID YOU KNOW...
Build resilience and feel better
Expressing yourself through artistic and creative activities is a great way to support your mental health. Creativity has been proven in research to relieve both stress and anxiety.
Power up on good chemicals
There’s evidence to show people who build a regular creative habit report higher levels of creativity, productivity, and happiness.
Keep your brain active
Actively making art, rather than just appreciating art, has been shown to stave off cognitive decline.
Build Neuropathways
Creative activities have been linked to improving memory and resilience in adults, even helping people with dementia reconnect with the world.
"You can’t use up creativity.
The more you use, the more you have."

For All Skill Levels
Step-by-step videos, online live events where you can ask questions along with opportunities to talk about what you’re making and if you’d like show others, what you’ve been doing. Lots of experience and skills? The idea of this membership is that everyone can take something away, so the monthly creative projects can be explored and developed at different levels. Maybe you’re the most amazing painter, but you’d love to learn to make your own stitched and bound sketchbooks, or you love knitting but you’ve not tried felt-making.
Evergrowing Library
An ever-growing library of ‘projects’ and resources that you can dip in and out off. As Consciously Creative Women is just starting on this wonderful journey there will be limited projects at the beginning, but that will grow quickly. As someone who will be in at the birth of this new being you’ll be in an amazing position to shape and influence how it grows.
Community
Meet the other members in the closed Facebook group, share ideas, ask for advice, show people what you’ve made. Help build this wonderful community and share your passion for the things you love to make.
All-Access Membership
As a member you’ll immediately have access to all the content and can look through the workshops and choose where you want to start. You’ll be invited to join the Facebook group, which I really hope you do as you’ll meet a great group of supportive, helpful women.
